Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped or processed.

Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Payment has been deducted but the order was not confirmed

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Order cancelled within the permitted cancellation period

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details and supporting images, where applicable.

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be initiated through Razorpay, and processing timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products returned without original packaging
